Program Structure

Commitment: A minimum of 25hours  per week for minimum of 3 months. Volunteers who choose to commit more hours can scale down as necessary. Tasks will be assigned based on your stated commitment time and tracked for progress.

Support and Mentorship: Each participant will be part of a team with dedicated leaders who will provide continuous support and feedback. Regular progress reports will ensure you stay on track and can address any challenges promptly.

Conflict Resolution: We promote mutual respect and encourage participants to report conflicts timely. Our team leaders are responsible for maintaining a healthy and productive work environment.

Onboarding: Weekly onboarding sessions will integrate new participants smoothly into ongoing projects or new teams, ensuring you start with all the necessary information and support.

Task Completion: All assigned tasks must be completed within your commitment time. Consistent task completion and meeting attendance are crucial. Failure to do so can lead to reduced hours and affect your reference letter.
