We are urgently seeking General Labourers and licensed Forklift Operators to support the critical operations of our farm and food processing clients. Positions Available

• Food Processing General Labourer / Process Worker
  • Working on production lines: grading, sorting, packaging, and quality checking fresh produce or manufactured food items.
  • Assisting with high-volume cleaning and sanitation of machinery and processing areas.
  • Performing manual handling and repetitive tasks at speed.
• Forklift Operator (LF Licence Essential)
  • Safe and efficient loading, unloading, and staging of perishable goods, raw materials, and finished pallets in chilled/freezer environments (as required).
  • Managing inventory flow and liaising with production staff to ensure timely delivery of components.
• Farm Hand / General Labourer (Rural)
  • Assisting with seasonal activities, picking, packing, pruning, and general maintenance on rural properties (must be prepared for outdoor work).

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Mandatory: Valid High-Risk Work Licence (LF) for Forklift roles.
• Safety & Hygiene: Proven commitment to WHS and strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP knowledge highly regarded).
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods, perform heavy lifting, and handle repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility: Availability for early morning starts, afternoon shifts, and willingness to work overtime during peak periods.
• Reliability: Own reliable transport is highly desirable, especially for roles outside of main transport zones.
