Roles Available

• Casual Level 1 IT Support / Service Desk Analyst
  • Be the first point of contact for client IT issues (phone/email/ticketing system).
  • Provide Level 1 troubleshooting for Windows, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and hardware faults.
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 teams and ensure excellent communication with end-users.
• Casual Project Assistant / Administrator
  • Support Project Managers by coordinating resources, schedules, and meetings for IT deployments and upgrades.
  • Assist with documentation, contract management, tracking project milestones, and creating reports.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure efficient communication between technical teams and clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical Aptitude: Understanding of IT fundamentals (Cert III/IV in IT or relevant study/experience highly regarded).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional customer service, clear communication, and a calm problem-solving mindset are essential.
• Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft desktop OS, Office 365, and Helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Drive: A willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and pursue industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL).
