We are seeking dedicated Domestic Assistants and Kitchen Hands to join our clients’ teams at premier Aged Care Facilities across Perth. This is a chance to use your essential skills to ensure residents live in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Positions Available

• Domestic Assistant (Cleaning & Laundry)
  • Performing high-quality general cleaning, deep cleans, and sanitation of resident rooms and communal areas.
  • Operating commercial laundry equipment, sorting, and delivering resident linen and clothing.
  • Adhering strictly to infection control policies and safety protocols.
• Kitchen Hand (Food Service & Hygiene)
  • Assisting chefs with basic food preparation and the plating of meals (often modified diets).
  • Washing dishes, cleaning and maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Serving meals and interacting warmly with residents in dining areas.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Due to the nature of aged care work, all applicants must possess or be willing to immediately obtain the following:

• A current National Police Check (NPC) or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current evidence of COVID-19 and Annual Influenza (Flu) Vaccinations.
• Demonstrated experience in cleaning, commercial kitchen, or a similar high-standard environment.
• A genuine desire to work with and show respect for elderly residents.
